2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Kenneth Eugene Taylor of East Alton, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on February 2, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Taylor was born in St. Charles, Missouri | ||||||
6 | on January 18, 1944 to Sylvester and Agnes (nee Cleary) Taylor; | ||||||
7 | he was raised in Alton and attended Marquette High School and | ||||||
8 | Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville; he married Faye | ||||||
9 | Connor; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Taylor was preceded in death by his | ||||||
11 | parents; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Taylor is survived by his children, | ||||||
13 | Kenneth, Jr. (Diane), Elizabeth Burnside, Julie (James) | ||||||
14 | Merritt, Cathy Taylor, and Mary (J.W.) Flowers; his 15 | ||||||
15 | grandchildren; his numerous nieces and nephews; and his | ||||||
16 | siblings; Sylvester, Jr., Margie (Bill) Levi, Shirley Jones, | ||||||
17 | Dennis (Sarah) Taylor, Linda (Bob) Domine, Kevin (Robin) | ||||||
18 | Taylor, Connie (David) Fink, Ruth Ann (Robert) Kult, Kermit | ||||||
19 | (Lori) Taylor, Barb Taylor, Dawn (Mike) Morgan, Donald Taylor, | ||||||
