| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Terry G. Sours of Lewistown, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on March 13, 2024; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Terry Sours was born to Gene and Lois (Kline) | ||||||
| 6 | Sours in Pekin on May 27, 1950; he served in the U.S. Army | ||||||
| 7 | during Vietnam; he married Roxann Hughes in Lewiston on April | ||||||
| 8 | 6, 1973; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Terry Sours worked as an over-the-road truck | ||||||
| 10 | driver; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Terry Sours enjoyed spending time with his | ||||||
| 12 | grandchildren; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Terry Sours was preceded in death by his parents, | ||||||
| 14 | one brother, and one sister; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Terry Sours is survived by his wife of 50 years, | ||||||
| 16 | Roxann; his children, Clint (Christina) Sours and Adam (Erin) | ||||||
| 17 | Sours; his grandchildren, Jainee, Rhett, Karia, Mylie, Carter, | ||||||
| 18 | and Adalee; his brother, Mike Sours; his sisters, Diane | ||||||
| 19 | (Steve) Scott, Debbie (Lester) Griffin, and Lisa Sours; and | ||||||
| 20 | his dog, Peanut; therefore, be it
