| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Chase Froese of Carol Stream, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on August 2, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Chase Froese was a 2013 graduate of Wheaton | ||||||
| 6 | Academy in West Chicago; she was in her junior year in Calvin | ||||||
| 7 | College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, majoring in philosophy and | ||||||
| 8 | business, at the time of her passing; she also worked at the | ||||||
| 9 | college as a Web production assistant and was a cultural | ||||||
| 10 | discerner in the college's Schultze-Eldersveld residence hall | ||||||
| 11 | community; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Chase Froese was preceded in death by an uncle, | ||||||
| 13 | David Brian Barnhardt; her maternal grandparents, David and | ||||||
| 14 | Doris Barnhardt; and her paternal grandfather, Samuel Otto | ||||||
| 15 | Froese; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Chase Froese is survived by her parents, Beth and | ||||||
| 17 | Greg Froese; 3 siblings, Jessica Lee Froese, Lane Barnhardt | ||||||
| 18 | Froese, and Luke Alan Froese; and a grandmother, Janet Froese; | ||||||
| 19 | therefore, be it

| 20 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 21 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her | ||||||

| 1 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Chase Froese; and be | ||||||
| 2 | it further
