| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Doris Tally, who passed away on July 5, | ||||||
| 4 | 2015; and

| 5 | WHEREAS, Doris Tally was born on July 23, 1943; and

| 6 | WHEREAS, Doris Tally is survived by a son, Robert (Erica) | ||||||
| 7 | Tally; 3 daughters, Lorri (Leroy) Maxey, Melanie Tally, and | ||||||
| 8 | Tracie (William) Bryant; 2 sisters, Helen French and Anne | ||||||
| 9 | (John) Kelly; 4 brothers, William (Ava) Young, Louis (Fayetta) | ||||||
| 10 | Young, Marvin Young, and Charles (Pam) Young; her | ||||||
| 11 | granddaughters, Tiffany, Camiyha, Chanya, Carmen, Shaneise, | ||||||
| 12 | and Alondrea; her grandsons, Alan, Jonathan, Demonte, Deaonte, | ||||||
