2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Timothy Stephen Raymer of Hartford, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on January 7, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer was born on August 4, 1940 in | ||||||
6 | Alton; his parents were Claude and Phyllis (nee Culver) Raymer; | ||||||
7 | he married the former Carolyn S. Waterman on August 27, 1962; | ||||||
8 | and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer served his country as a member of | ||||||
10 | the United States Army; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer was a manager in the Corrugating | ||||||
12 | Department of Owens - IL Glass for over 25 years before working | ||||||
13 | at Fairfax Mobile Home Supply for many years; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer was a member of the Sons of the | ||||||
15 | American Revolution and the Lewis and Clark Historical Society; | ||||||
16 | he was also a volunteer at the Lewis and Clark Center Discovery | ||||||
17 | Store; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer was preceded in death by his | ||||||
19 | brothers, Burton, Clayton, Kenneth, and James Raymer, and his | ||||||
20 | sisters, Della Hough and Edna Hutchins; and

1 | WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer is survived by his sons, Kevin | ||||||
2 | Raymer and Jason Raymer, and his grandchildren, Rebecca Raymer, | ||||||
3 | Natalie Raymer, and Avery Raymer; therefore, be it
| ||||||
4 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
5 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
6 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Timothy Stephen | ||||||
7 | Raymer; and be it further
| ||||||
8 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
9 | presented to the family of Timothy Raymer as an expression of | ||||||
10 | our sympathy.
