| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Doris L. Andrews of Wonder Lake, formerly | ||||||
| 4 | of Harvard, who passed away on January 4, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Doris Andrews was born on June 5, 1941 in Norris | ||||||
| 6 | City; her parents were John W. and Marie (nee Smith) Walters; | ||||||
| 7 | she married Charles Maynard on July 7, 1959; they later | ||||||
| 8 | divorced; on October 28, 1972, she married James A. Andrews, | ||||||
| 9 | Sr. in Woodstock; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Doris Andrews worked as a Certified Nursing | ||||||
| 11 | Assistant for Valley Hi Nursing Home and Harvard Retirement | ||||||
| 12 | Home; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Doris Andrews enjoyed spending time with her | ||||||
| 14 | family and friends and playing bingo; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Doris Andrews was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 16 | husband, James; her sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy (Ron) | ||||||
| 17 | Harrison; her brother, Donald Walters; her sister-in-law, Dee | ||||||
| 18 | Walters; her sister, Lynda; her daughter, Tammy Jo Maynard; and | ||||||
| 19 | her son, Wayne Andrews; and

| 20 | WHEREAS, Doris Andrews is survived by her children, John | ||||||
