SENATE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
learn of the death of Randall G. "Randy" Johnson of
Lindenhurst, who passed away on December 10, 2013; and
WHEREAS, Randall Johnson was born on December 3, 1958 in
Woodstock; his parents were Kenneth and Lorraine (nee Erber)
Johnson; he married Cheryl Kinsley on April 14, 2012 in Indian
Rocks Beach, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Randall Johnson was the owner and operator of R.J.
Mechanical in Zion; and
WHEREAS, Randall Johnson enjoyed fishing, boating, and
watching the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs; and
WHEREAS, Randall Johnson was preceded in death by his
parents; and
WHEREAS, Randall Johnson is survived by his wife, Cheryl;
his children, Eric (Lauren De Simone) Johnson, Abbey (Jon)
Hout, Krystie Johnson, and Melissa Kinsley; his brother, Doug
(Janice) Johnson; his sisters, Karen (Dale) Bengston and Susan
(Michael) Hannon; and his grandchildren, Ashton and Kennedy;
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
family and friends, mourn the passing of Randall G. "Randy"
Johnson; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
presented to the family of Randall Johnson as an expression of
our sympathy.
