| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of John Lee Hunter, who passed away on July | ||||||
| 4 | 5, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, John Hunter was born in Chicago on November 16, | ||||||
| 6 | 1989 to Angela Hunter and John Davis; he attended Mahalia | ||||||
| 7 | Jackson Elementary School and Harlan High School; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, John Hunter moved to Jefferson City, Missouri in | ||||||
| 9 | 2013 and began working at Scholastic, Inc. in the packaging | ||||||
| 10 | department; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, John Hunter was a loving son, uncle, nephew, | ||||||
| 12 | cousin, and father to his daughter, Janyla Li Hunter; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, John Hunter is survived by his mother, Angela | ||||||
| 14 | Hunter; his father, John Davis; his daughter, Janyla Hunter; | ||||||
| 15 | his nephew, Shawn Brown; his niece, Mercedes Hardaway; a host | ||||||
| 16 | of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends; and a special friend, | ||||||
| 17 | Keyonna Warren; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 20 | John Lee Hunter, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
