| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of
Michael B. Kwasman of West Chicago, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on April 17, 2012; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Michael Kwasman served with pride and distinction | ||||||
| 6 | as the Mayor of the City of West Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Michael Kwasman was the beloved husband of 29 | ||||||
| 8 | years to Crystal (nee Howerton); the loving father of Ronald | ||||||
| 9 | Kwasman; the beloved son of the late Estelle and Dan Kwasman; | ||||||
| 10 | the dear brother of Steve (Gayle) Kwasman and Marla (Marty) | ||||||
| 11 | Bett; the loving brother-in-law of Sheila (Tom) Metten, Mark | ||||||
| 12 | (Donna) Howerton, and Cathy (Rick) Markee; and the fond uncle | ||||||
| 13 | of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

| 14 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 15 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 16 | his family and friends, the passing of Michael B. Kwasman; and | ||||||
| 17 | be it further

| 18 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 19 | presented to the family of Michael Kwasman as an expression of | ||||||
