2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
3 | to learn of the death of Robert E. Buller of Silvis, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on December 16, 2021; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Robert Buller was born to Jessie and Myrtle | ||||||
6 | Dunbar Buller in Rock Island on December 3, 1928; he served in | ||||||
7 | the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict; he married Marjorie | ||||||
8 | Burklund in Rock Island on February 2, 1952, and she preceded | ||||||
9 | him in death on April 13, 2012; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Robert Buller worked as a plant manager at East | ||||||
11 | Moline Metal Products; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Robert Buller enjoyed spending time with his | ||||||
13 | family, fishing at his cabin in Wisconsin, and attending | ||||||
14 | garage sales, auctions, and flea markets; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Robert Buller was preceded in death by his | ||||||
16 | parents; his wife; his infant son, Mark Buller; his daughter; | ||||||
17 | JoAnn Oliver; five brothers; and three sisters; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Robert Buller is survived by his children, Sandra | ||||||
19 | Dodds, Robert (Vickey) Buller, Tim Buller, and Mike Buller; | ||||||
20 | his grandchildren, Stevie, Dawn, David, Becky, and Jamie; his |

1 | eight great-grandchildren; his several | ||||||
2 | great-great-grandchildren; and his brother, Bill Buller; | ||||||
3 | therefore, be it

4 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | ||||||
5 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
6 | Robert E. Buller and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
7 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
8 | further

9 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
10 | presented to the family of Robert Buller as an expression of | ||||||
