| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Richard Moore, who passed away on | ||||||
| 4 | November 25, 2023; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Richard Moore was born to Fred and Blevian Moore | ||||||
| 6 | in Munster, Indiana on October 13, 2000; he attended | ||||||
| 7 | Elementary School District 149, Elementary School District | ||||||
| 8 | 162, and St. Rita Catholic School; he graduated from Rich East | ||||||
| 9 | High School in Park Forest; he played several sports but | ||||||
| 10 | enjoyed football the most; after graduation, he attended | ||||||
| 11 | Jackson State University; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, After his transplant in 2022, Richard Moore began | ||||||
| 13 | living his best life; he traveled to the Caribbean, attended | ||||||
| 14 | an anime convention, and started working at Blackhawk | ||||||
| 15 | Elementary School in School District 163, a place that felt | ||||||
| 16 | like family to him; and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Richard Moore, also known as Big Rich, committed | ||||||
| 18 | to his faith at a very young age and loved music, family, and | ||||||
| 19 | friends; and
| ||||||
| 20 | WHEREAS, Richard Moore was preceded in death by his uncle, | ||||||
| 21 | Richard; his aunt, Quita; and his grandmother; and
| ||||||

| 1 | WHEREAS, Richard Moore is survived by his parents; his | ||||||
| 2 | twin brother, Rivage; his sisters, Tamika and Vetta; his | ||||||
| 3 | grandparents; his friends; his aunts; his honorary aunts, | ||||||
| 4 | Sharon and Gwen; his uncles; his special uncle, Anthony; his | ||||||
| 5 | cousins, Nickey, Maliyah, Tay Tay, and Manson; and his | ||||||
| 6 | brother/cousins, Gerrik and Khylen; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 7 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | ||||||
| 8 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 9 | Richard Moore and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
