| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of
Gregory W. Swierk of Harrisburg, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on February 29, 2012; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, He was born January 6, 1962, in Chicago; he was | ||||||
| 6 | the son of Gregory and Joan Welch Swierk; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, He served his country with pride and distinction | ||||||
| 8 | as a member of the United States Army; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Gregory Swierk is survived by his sons, Matthew | ||||||
| 11 | Swierk and Michael Swierk, and his best friend, Joe Potts; | ||||||
| 12 | therefore, be it

| 13 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 14 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 15 | his family and friends, the passing of Gregory W. Swierk; and | ||||||
| 16 | be it further

| 17 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 18 | presented to the family of Gregory Swierk as an expression of | ||||||
| 19 | our sympathy.
