| 1 | SENATE RESOLUTION
| ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened at | ||||||
| 3 | the loss of Byron Reed, Sallie Gist, Rayshawn Reed, Brian Reed, | ||||||
| 4 | twins Elijah Gist and Elisha Gist, and Tiera Davidson in a | ||||||
| 5 | tragic Cicero fire; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, The community of Cicero is grieving from this | ||||||
| 7 | tragedy and today needs our support and understanding; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, No one truly knows the pain and loss that the | ||||||
| 9 | family is feeling at this time; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, It is important that the family members, friends, | ||||||
| 11 | and people of Cicero know that the people of Illinois stand | ||||||
| 12 | beside them during this time of hurting; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 13 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 14 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with so | ||||||
| 15 | many others, the loss of Byron Reed, Sallie Gist, Rayshawn | ||||||
| 16 | Reed, Brian Reed, twins Elijah Gist and Elisha Gist, and Tiera | ||||||
| 17 | Davidson; and be it further

| 18 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 19 | presented to the family members of Byron Reed, Sallie Gist, | ||||||
| 20 | Rayshawn Reed, Brian Reed, twins Elijah Gist and Elisha Gist, | ||||||
