| ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Robert "Bobby" Anthony Sisul of Rapids | ||||||
| 4 | City, who passed away on June 24, 2017; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Robert Sisul was born in Moline to Anthony and | ||||||
| 6 | Carmilita Sisul on October 28, 1958; he married Cheryl Sisul | ||||||
| 7 | and served in the United States Army for 16 years, much of that | ||||||
| 8 | time in Germany; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Robert Sisul worked at Kone as a payroll tax | ||||||
| 10 | report specialist; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Robert Sisul loved playing the guitar and was a | ||||||
| 12 | great singer; in his spare time, he enjoyed writing books; he | ||||||
| 13 | dearly loved his dogs, Biscuit, Jazzy, and Gypsy; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Robert Sisul was preceded in death by his parents; | ||||||
| 15 | and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Robert Sisul is survived by his wife, Cheryl, and | ||||||
| 17 | his son, Casey Sisul; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||

| 1 | Robert "Bobby" Anthony Sisul, and extend our sincere | ||||||
| 2 | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | ||||||
| 3 | him; and be it further
