| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Richard H. De Wispelaere of Moline, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on August 17, 2019; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere was born in Moline to Herman | ||||||
| 6 | and Augusta (VandeNoste) De Wispelaere on March 19, 1935; he | ||||||
| 7 | graduated from Allemen High School in 1953; he married Betty L. | ||||||
| 8 | Roberts in Rock Island on August 28, 1960; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere was employed by the former | ||||||
| 10 | Eagles, the Times Democrat newspaper, Servus Rubber Company, | ||||||
| 11 | and Teske Seed and Feed; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere enjoyed softball, bowling, | ||||||
| 13 | golf, and motorcycles; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 15 | wife of 59 years, Betty; his parents; and his siblings; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere is survived by his | ||||||
| 17 | daughters, Stacy (Tom) Robb and Natasha (Kevin) Krueger; and | ||||||
| 18 | his grandchildren, Ryan Robb, Tyrus Krueger, Nolan Krueger, and | ||||||
| 19 | Tenley Krueger; therefore, be it

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 3 | Richard H. De Wispelaere and extend our sincere condolences to | ||||||
| 4 | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
| 5 | further

| 6 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
