| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Marvin F. Bundy Sr. of Milan, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on November 14, 2021; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Marvin Bundy was born to Floyd and Stora (Green) | ||||||
| 6 | Bundy in La Harpe on April 19, 1938; he served in the U.S. | ||||||
| 7 | Army; he married Teresa Melchi in Rock Island on December 14, | ||||||
| 8 | 1974; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Marvin Bundy worked for Quad City Die Casting for | ||||||
| 10 | 30 years, retiring in 2001; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Marvin Bundy was a skilled craftsman and enjoyed | ||||||
| 12 | hunting and fishing; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Marvin Bundy was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 14 | parents; his sons, Terry Bundy and Marvin Bundy II; his | ||||||
| 15 | granddaughter, Jessica Housby; and his siblings, Victor Bundy, | ||||||
| 16 | Merle Bundy, and Carma Hulting; and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Marvin Bundy is survived by his wife, Teresa; his | ||||||
| 18 | grandchildren, Amber Bundy, Matt Bundy, and Alicia Clark; his | ||||||
| 19 | great-grandchildren, Sean, Aiden, Savannah, and Dominic; his | ||||||
| 20 | brother, Patrick Bundy; and his brother-in-law, Roy Hulting; | ||||||

| 2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | ||||||
| 3 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 4 | Marvin F. Bundy Sr. and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 5 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
| 6 | further

| 7 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
