| ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of
Mary Patricia Carroll, who passed away on | ||||||
| 4 | December 15, 2009; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Mary Carroll was born on August 22, 1935; she | ||||||
| 6 | married her beloved husband, Roger, on September 7, 1957; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Mary Carroll graduated from St. Bernard's School | ||||||
| 8 | of Nursing and St. Xavier College; she retired from the Cook | ||||||
| 9 | County Department of Health after many years of service; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Mary Carroll was the beloved mother of Mike, Tim, | ||||||
| 11 | Colleen, Kelly, and Pattie, and the loving grandmother of | ||||||
| 12 | Bevin, Sean, Nora, Quinn, Maeve, Nick, Aidan, Erin, Katelyn, | ||||||
| 13 | and Courtney; therefore, be it

| 14 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 15 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 16 | her family and friends, the passing of Mary Patricia Carroll; | ||||||
| 17 | and be it further
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 19 | presented to the family of Mary Carroll as an expression of our | ||||||
| 20 | sympathy.
