| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Armand J. Rossi of Gurnee, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on August 14, 2013; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Armand Rossi was born on September 27, 1925 in | ||||||
| 6 | Kenosha, Wisconsin; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Armand Rossi served his country as a member of the | ||||||
| 8 | United States Navy during World War II; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Armand Rossi enjoyed watching and betting on | ||||||
| 10 | sports and playing his accordion in bands over the last 60 | ||||||
| 11 | years; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Armand Rossi was preceded in death by his loving | ||||||
| 13 | wife, Shirley; his parents, Arturo and Amelia; and his brother, | ||||||
| 14 | John Rossi; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Armand Rossi is survived by his children, David | ||||||
| 16 | (Katy) Rossi and Donna Glusic; his grandsons, Chris and Ryan | ||||||
| 17 | Glusic; and his granddaughter, Natalie Rossi; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||

| 1 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Armand J. Rossi; and | ||||||
