| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Carol Ann Zirkelbach of Benld, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on June 9, 2019; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Carol Zirkelbach was born in Alton to Leo Lawton | ||||||
| 6 | and Margaret (Ahrling) Spann on October 17, 1937; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Carol Zirkelbach worked in personal insurance as | ||||||
| 8 | an insurance producer for over 30 years; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Carol Zirkelbach was a member of the Litchfield | ||||||
| 10 | Presbyterian Women, the Altar Society of Wilsonville, and a | ||||||
| 11 | former member and past president of the PTA; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Carol Zirkelbach was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 13 | parents; her brother, Russell Spann; and her brother-in-law, | ||||||
| 14 | William Schuette; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Carol Zirkelbach is survived by her daughters, | ||||||
| 16 | Kimberly J. (Jack) Burns, Tracy (Bret) Werner, and Joan (Brent) | ||||||
| 17 | Cain; her sons, Robert (Sandee) Zirkelbach, Dennis (Julie) | ||||||
| 18 | Zirkelbach, James (Bonnie) Zirkelbach, and Mark (Sandy) | ||||||
| 19 | Zirkelbach; her sister, Joan Schuette; her 13 grandchildren; | ||||||
| 20 | her 19 great-grandchildren; her niece, Christine Marcuzzo; her | ||||||

| 1 | nephew, Mike (Diane) Schuette; her many great-nieces and | ||||||
| 2 | great-nephews; and her beloved dog, Sammy; therefore, be it

| 3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
| 4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 5 | Carol Ann Zirkelbach and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
