| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Robert "Bob" Blaser Hall of Moline, | ||||||
| 4 | who passed away on September 14, 2021; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Bob Hall was born to Robert A. Hall and Helen | ||||||
| 6 | Blaser Hall in Moline on May 31, 1939; he graduated from Moline | ||||||
| 7 | High School in 1957; he served in the U.S. Army; he married the | ||||||
| 8 | love of his life, Connie L. Britton, in Rock Island on July 15, | ||||||
| 9 | 1962; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Bob Hall was a bricklayer in his earlier years | ||||||
| 11 | and retired from Navistar (formerly IH, Farmall Works) after | ||||||
| 12 | more than 30 years; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Bob Hall enjoyed attending gun shows, playing | ||||||
| 14 | Euchre, cooking, and dining out; he loved his family and loved | ||||||
| 15 | hosting holiday parties; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Bob Hall was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 17 | great-granddaughter, Emery; his parents; his brother, Bruce A. | ||||||
| 18 | Hall; his brother-in-law, Jerry Scott; and his sister-in-law, | ||||||
| 19 | Kathy Hall; and
| ||||||
| 20 | WHEREAS, Bob Hall is survived by his loving wife; his | ||||||

| 1 | daughter, Kristal Hainline; his son, Kurtis Hall; his sister, | ||||||
| 2 | Cindi Scott; his brother, Doug Hall; his grandchildren, Jeremy | ||||||
| 3 | Kensinger, Lindsey Kensinger, Stephanie Hainline, Briana | ||||||
| 4 | Bland, and Kassidy Hainline; his great-grandchildren, Avarie | ||||||
| 5 | and Eli; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bob (Pam) | ||||||
| 6 | Britton and Joan (Larry) Jones; and his several nieces and | ||||||
| 7 | nephews; therefore, be it

| 8 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | ||||||
| 9 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 10 | Robert "Bob" Blaser Hall and extend our sincere condolences to | ||||||
| 11 | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
