| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of John C. Wenzlaff of Wonder Lake, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on August 10, 2013; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, John Wenzlaff was born July 4, 1949 in Chicago; | ||||||
| 6 | his parents were Helmut P. and Florence (Schult) Wenzlaff; he | ||||||
| 7 | married Karen M. Walton on February 13, 1971 in Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, John Wenzlaff was employed at Matrix IV in | ||||||
| 9 | Woodstock for over 30 years; he also served with the Wonder | ||||||
| 10 | Lake Company No. 2 Fire Department for 13 years; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, John Wenzlaff was a member of the Woodstock Moose | ||||||
| 12 | since 1992; he was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a beloved | ||||||
| 13 | husband, father, and grandfather; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, John Wenzlaff was preceded in death by his wife, | ||||||
| 15 | Karen; his father; and his brother, Bruce Wenzlaff; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, John Wenzlaff is survived by his mother, Florence; | ||||||
| 17 | his children, Regina (James) Millar, Steven (Elise) Rini, and | ||||||
| 18 | Christopher Rini; his grandchildren, Alexander Millar and | ||||||
| 19 | Anthony, Samantha, Emily, and Allison Rini; and his siblings, | ||||||
| 20 | Gary (Brigette) Wenzlaff, Cindy (Michael) Saelinger, and Glen | ||||||

| 2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 3 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 4 | family and friends, mourn the passing of John C. Wenzlaff; and | ||||||
| 5 | be it further

| 6 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 7 | presented to the family of John Wenzlaff as an expression of | ||||||
