SENATE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
learn of the death of Charles Rayford Bright, who passed away
on January 4, 2012; and
WHEREAS, Charles Bright was born on December 20, 1956, in
Quincy; he was the son of Charles and Verna Bright; and
WHEREAS, Charles Bright was a graduate of Quincy High
School; he was employed at Pepsi-Cola in Quincy before moving
to Springfield, where he worked for the Illinois Department of
Human Services; and
WHEREAS, Charles Bright enjoyed hunting, watching movies,
and listening to jazz; and
WHEREAS, Charles Bright was preceded in death by his
parents; and
WHEREAS, Charles Bright is survived by his sisters, Olivia
Morgan and Deanna Bright; his niece, Yolonda Orange; his best
friend, Kevan "Andre" Bolden; and his many cousins; therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL

ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
his family and friends, the passing of Charles Rayford Bright;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
presented to the family of Charles Bright as an expression of
our sympathy.
