2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Ann M. Perolio of Alton, who passed away | ||||||
4 | on April 7, 2017; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Ann Perolio was born in Alton to William and Mary | ||||||
6 | (Wohnlich) Moylan on November 9, 1926; she married Eugene J. | ||||||
7 | Perolio at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Alton on November | ||||||
8 | 27, 1947; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Ann Perolio was employed as a registered nurse at | ||||||
10 | St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville; she later worked for many | ||||||
11 | years as a probation officer for Madison County until her | ||||||
12 | retirement; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Ann Perolio was a longtime member of Ss. Peter and | ||||||
14 | Paul Proto-Cathedral Church in Alton, where she was active in | ||||||
15 | the Alton Society; and
| ||||||
16 | WHEREAS, Ann Perolio was preceded in death by her parents; | ||||||
17 | her husband, Eugene; her sister, Mary Ellen Vasquez; her | ||||||
18 | brothers, William and Franklin Moylan; and her grandson, | ||||||
19 | Anthony Perolio; and

20 | WHEREAS, Ann Perolio is survived by her children, Steve |

1 | Perolio, Mary Wiseman, and Carol Perolio; her grandchildren, | ||||||
2 | Andrea Perolio, Adam Perolio, Amy Finazzo, Andrew Wiseman, and | ||||||
3 | Ashley Wiseman; her great-grandchildren, Cameron Finazzo, | ||||||
4 | Grace Wiseman, and Adele Wiseman; and other extended family and | ||||||
5 | friends; therefore, be it

6 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
7 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
8 | Ann M. Perolio, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
9 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
