| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Kenneth J. Lehr of Fidelity, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on February 5, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Lehr was born on July 29, 1955 in | ||||||
| 6 | Jerseyville; his parents were Ervin J. and Mary Ann (nee Geers) | ||||||
| 7 | Lehr; he married Janelle A. (nee Davis) Lehr on October 25, | ||||||
| 8 | 1975 in Wood River; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Lehr worked as a machine adjustor at the | ||||||
| 10 | Olin Corporation for many years until his retirement; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Lehr served as Chief of the Medora Fire | ||||||
| 12 | Protection District; he was also an active Emergency Medical | ||||||
| 13 | Technician for the Area Ambulance Service; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Lehr enjoyed gardening, fishing, | ||||||
| 15 | carpentry, and old western movies; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Lehr was preceded in death by his mother | ||||||
| 17 | and his grandparents, John and Alice Geers and Edward and Lena | ||||||
| 18 | Lehr; and
| ||||||
| 19 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Lehr is survived by his wife, Janelle; his | ||||||

| 1 | father; a son; Kenneth J. Lehr, Jr.; 3 grandchildren, Kenneth | ||||||
| 2 | J. Lehr, III, Alexis A. Price, and Gavin J. Lehr; and 2 sisters | ||||||
| 3 | and a brother-in-law, Patty Lehr and Beverly and Bob Hardy; | ||||||
| 4 | therefore, be it

| 5 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 6 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 7 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Kenneth J. Lehr; and | ||||||
| 8 | be it further
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 10 | presented to the family of Kenneth Lehr as an expression of our | ||||||
