| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Ann E. Franklin of Peoria, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on March 10, 2017; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Ann Franklin was born in Peoria to William H. and | ||||||
| 6 | Mary (Haas) Franklin on June 4, 1944; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Ann Franklin worked as a public relations officer | ||||||
| 8 | for The American Red Cross; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Ann Franklin was preceded in death by her parents; | ||||||
| 10 | and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Ann Franklin is survived by two brothers, William | ||||||
| 12 | (Gloria) Franklin and Robert (Sheri) Franklin; one sister, Mary | ||||||
| 13 | Jo Franklin; one niece, two nephews, two grand-nieces, and one | ||||||
| 14 | grand-nephew; therefore, be it

| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 17 | Ann E. Franklin, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
| 18 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
