| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of
Mark A. Miller of Lake Bluff, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on April 19, 2009; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Mark Miller was born on April 14, 1967 in Lake | ||||||
| 6 | Forest; he was a life-long resident of Knollwood; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Mark Miller was a graduate of Lake Forest High | ||||||
| 8 | School; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Mark Miller was an excellent carpenter and enjoyed | ||||||
| 10 | his motorcycle, his snowmobile, the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago | ||||||
| 11 | Bears, watching NASCAR, and boating; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Mark Miller was preceded in death by his father, | ||||||
| 13 | James V. Miller; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Mark Miller is survived by his mother, Katy | ||||||
| 15 | Miller; his brother, David (Amy) Miller; his nephews, Jared and | ||||||
| 16 | Justin; and his niece, Karleigh; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 17 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 18 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 19 | his family and friends, the passing of Mark A. Miller; and be | ||||||
