SENATE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
learn of the death of Timothy D. St. Clair of Coal Valley, who
passed away on February 28, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair was born in Rock Island to Harry
and Clara Murphy St. Clair on December 16, 1949; he served in
the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict and married
Maureen Mace in San Gabriel, California on November 14, 1970;
and
WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair worked at the John Deere Foundry
and retired from the John Deere Seeding Division in Moline in
2003; and
WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair enjoyed Cursillo, TEC,
following Notre Dame football, bowling, and especially
spending time with his grandchildren; and
WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair was preceded in death by his
parents; and his brothers, Ray, John, and Terry; and
WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair is survived by his wife, Maureen
St. Clair; his children, Matthew (Karlee) St. Clair, and
Michelle St. Clair; his grandchildren, Derick, Peyton, Brady,

and Zac St. Clair; and his siblings, Chris, Barb, Fay, Joyce,
Diane, and Michael; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
Timothy D. St. Clair, and extend our sincere condolences to his
family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
presented to the family of Timothy St. Clair as an expression
of our deepest sympathy.
