| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Timothy D. St. Clair of Coal Valley, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on February 28, 2017; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair was born in Rock Island to Harry | ||||||
| 6 | and Clara Murphy St. Clair on December 16, 1949; he served in | ||||||
| 7 | the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict and married | ||||||
| 8 | Maureen Mace in San Gabriel, California on November 14, 1970; | ||||||
| 9 | and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair worked at the John Deere Foundry | ||||||
| 11 | and retired from the John Deere Seeding Division in Moline in | ||||||
| 12 | 2003; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair enjoyed Cursillo, TEC, | ||||||
| 14 | following Notre Dame football, bowling, and especially | ||||||
| 15 | spending time with his grandchildren; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 17 | parents; and his brothers, Ray, John, and Terry; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, Timothy St. Clair is survived by his wife, Maureen | ||||||
| 19 | St. Clair; his children, Matthew (Karlee) St. Clair, and | ||||||
| 20 | Michelle St. Clair; his grandchildren, Derick, Peyton, Brady, | ||||||

| 1 | and Zac St. Clair; and his siblings, Chris, Barb, Fay, Joyce, | ||||||
| 2 | Diane, and Michael; therefore, be it

| 3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 5 | Timothy D. St. Clair, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 6 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
| 7 | further

| 8 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
