| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Wanda J. Glogovsky of North Chicago, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on May 21, 2011; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, She was born March 3, 1917 in North Chicago and | ||||||
| 6 | married William Glogovsky in 1937 at Holy Rosary Church; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, She retired from Fansteel Corporation in 1960 | ||||||
| 8 | after 17 years of employment; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, She was a member of Queen of Peace church in North | ||||||
| 10 | Chicago and loved to bake and spend time with her family; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her husband, William; | ||||||
| 12 | her brother, Walter Tubek; and her sisters, Blanche Morrissey | ||||||
| 13 | and Jeanette Kalisz; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Wanda Glogovsky is survived by her children, Tom | ||||||
| 15 | (Judy) Glogovsky, Barbara (Joe) Marocco, and James Glogovsky; | ||||||
| 16 | her 31 grandchildren, her 3 great-grandchildren; and her 5 | ||||||
| 17 | great-great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||

| 1 | her family and friends, the passing of Wanda Glogovsky; and be | ||||||
| 2 | it further
| ||||||
| 3 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 4 | presented to the family of Wanda Glogovsky as a symbol of our | ||||||
| 5 | sincere sympathy.
