2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Ida M. Krause of Harvard, who passed away | ||||||
4 | on February 2, 2015; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Ida Krause was born on July 14, 1936 in Chicago; | ||||||
6 | her parents were Ernst and Isabella (nee Cunig) Heide; she | ||||||
7 | married Paul Krause on July 3, 1955 in Chicago; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Ida Krause was a graduate of Palatine High School, | ||||||
9 | where she was a cheerleader; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Ida Krause enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears, | ||||||
11 | bird watching, listening to classical music, reading books, | ||||||
12 | crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family and | ||||||
13 | friends; she was also a great supporter of all veterans; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Ida Krause was preceded by her husband, Paul; her | ||||||
15 | parents; a daughter, Paula Peterson; a son, Robert B. Krause; 2 | ||||||
16 | sisters, Nancy Wiggins and Theo Heide; and 2 brothers, Bob | ||||||
17 | Heide and Don Oeflein; and

18 | WHEREAS, Ida Krause is survived by 4 daughters, Bethann | ||||||
19 | Krause, Janice (Dave) Jaros, Kathy (Aaron) Schroeder, and | ||||||
20 | Joanne Krause; a son, Roy Krause; 15 grandchildren, 10 |

1 | great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ernest Heide; therefore, | ||||||

3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her | ||||||
5 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Ida M. Krause; and be | ||||||
6 | it further
| ||||||
7 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
8 | presented to the family of Ida Krause as an expression of our | ||||||
9 | sympathy.
