| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of
Kenneth W. Bozovich of Whittington, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on May 4, 2011; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich was born on September 19, 1942, | ||||||
| 6 | in West Frankfort; he was the son of Nicholas John and Dollie | ||||||
| 7 | Faye (Overturf) Bozovich; He married Rosemary (Reynolds) on | ||||||
| 8 | Sept. 21, 1963, in West Frankfort; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich retired after working as a coal | ||||||
| 10 | miner for 34 years; he spent most of his career with the Old | ||||||
| 11 | Ben Coal Company; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich was a member of St. Joseph | ||||||
| 13 | Catholic Church in Benton, the Buck High Trail Club, and the | ||||||
| 14 | American Quarter Horse Association; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich enjoyed hunting and raising | ||||||
| 16 | horses; and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 18 | parents and his sisters, Mildred Jacobs, Annie Mason, Ruth | ||||||
| 19 | Baluk, Mary Bozovich, and Betty Elaine Braden; and

| 1 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bozovich is survived by his wife, Rosemary | ||||||
| 2 | Bozovich; his children, Michael Bozovich and his wife, Jody, | ||||||
| 3 | Richard Bozovich and his wife, Melissa, and Katherine Bozovich; | ||||||
| 4 | his grandchildren, Lucas, Megan, and Jacob Bozovich; his | ||||||
| 5 | sisters, Donetia Laur and Virginia Benns; his brothers, Howard | ||||||
| 6 | Bozovich and his wife, Nellie, and David Bozovich and his wife, | ||||||
| 7 | Diana; and his many nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be | ||||||

| 9 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 10 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 11 | his family and friends, the passing of Kenneth W. Bozovich; and | ||||||
| 12 | be it further
