| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Michael Scott Halwax of North Chicago, | ||||||
| 4 | who passed away on October 21, 2010; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Michael Halwax was born on April 4, 1969, in | ||||||
| 6 | Elmhurst; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Michael Halwax had been employed at Hewitt, Inc. | ||||||
| 8 | for the past 13 years; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Michael Halwax was an avid sports fan, | ||||||
| 10 | particularly of the Blackhawks, and enjoyed cooking; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Michael Halwax was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 12 | maternal grandparents, Charles and Gertrude Rose, and his | ||||||
| 13 | paternal grandparents, Adolph and Dorothy Halwax; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Michael Halwax is survived by his mother, Sharon | ||||||
| 15 | (Edmund) Kaczmaryn; his father, Dr. Thomas (Sheryl) Halwax; his | ||||||
| 16 | brother, Joseph (Jeannie) Halwax; his sister, Kelly (Rob) | ||||||
| 17 | McLaughlin; his aunts, Kathleen Miltimore, Jackie Accardo, and | ||||||
| 18 | Dorothy (Robert) Vogler; his uncle, William Kaczmaryn; and his | ||||||
| 19 | many cousins and nieces; therefore, be it

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 3 | his family and friends, the passing of Michael Scott Halwax; | ||||||
| 4 | and be it further
