| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Tyler J. Rybicki of Belleville, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on May 22, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was born on March 23, 1991 in St. | ||||||
| 6 | Louis, Missouri; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was a student at Southern Illinois | ||||||
| 8 | University Edwardsville; he sought to become a high school math | ||||||
| 9 | teacher and coach; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was a baseball coach for the | ||||||
| 11 | Belleville Junior American Legion team; he was also a member of | ||||||
| 12 | the First United Presbyterian Church in Belleville; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 14 | paternal grandparents, Jerome and Carolyn Rybicki, and an | ||||||
| 15 | uncle, Stephen Van Dyke; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki is survived by his parents, Mike and | ||||||
| 17 | Rhonda (nee Dunaway) Rybicki; 2 brothers, Daniel Rybicki and | ||||||
| 18 | Matthew Rybicki; his maternal grandfather, Lauren "Buzz" | ||||||
| 19 | (Patricia) Dunaway; his maternal grandmother, Lois Dunaway; 2 | ||||||
| 20 | uncles, Craig (Jo Anne) Dunaway and Ken (Susy) Rybicki; an | ||||||

| 1 | aunt, Judy Van Dyke; and 5 cousins, Jennifer (Aaron) Sutton and | ||||||
| 2 | her daughter, Carolyn Sutton, Mary (Phil) Galli, Tommy Rybicki, | ||||||
| 3 | Sarah Rybicki, and Alex Van Dyke (fiancee, Corrie); therefore, | ||||||

| 7 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Tyler J. Rybicki; and | ||||||
