| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Larry Peasley of Maroa, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on January 4, 2023; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Larry Peasley was born to Paul and Mary (Purlee) | ||||||
| 6 | Peasley in Lincoln on August 10, 1946; he married Janet Oakes | ||||||
| 7 | in Maroa on May 30, 1980; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Larry Peasley served on the Maroa Fire Department | ||||||
| 9 | for 43 years; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Larry Peasley enjoyed watching Maroa-Forsyth | ||||||
| 11 | sports; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Larry Peasley was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 13 | parents and his two brothers, James and Richard; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Larry Peasley is survived by his wife, Janet; his | ||||||
| 15 | children, J.D. (Tara) Peasley and Tim (Cailin) Peasley; and | ||||||
| 16 | his three grandchildren, Marina Rohman, Addelyn Peasley, and | ||||||
| 17 | Hayden Peasley; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
