Bill Title: Amends the Rare Disease Commission Act. Changes the sunset date of the Act from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2032. In provisions regarding administrative support, adds that the administrative and other support to the Rare Disease Commission provided by the Department of Public Health includes printing services related to the distribution of the Commission's annual report. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Rare Disease Commission Act is amended by
changing Sections 20 and 90 as follows:

Sec. 20. Administrative support. The Department of Public
Health shall provide administrative and other support to the
Commission, including, but not limited to, printing services
related to the distribution of the Commission's annual report.

Sec. 90. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2032
