1 AN ACT concerning courts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by
5 changing Section 5-115 as follows:
6 (705 ILCS 405/5-115)
7 Sec. 5-115. Rights of victims. In all proceedings under
8 this Article, victims shall have the the same rights of victims
9 in criminal proceedings as provided in the Bill of Rights for
10 Children and the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act.
