AN ACT concerning courts.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by
changing Section 5-115 as follows:
(705 ILCS 405/5-115)
Sec. 5-115. Rights of victims. In all proceedings under
this Article, victims shall have the the same rights of victims
in criminal proceedings as provided in the Bill of Rights for
Children and the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act.
