AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Tobacco Accessories and Smoking Herbs
Control Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(720 ILCS 685/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 2358-1)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Tobacco Accessories and Smoking Herbs Control Act".
