AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Modular Dwelling and Mobile
Structure Safety Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
follows:
(430 ILCS 115/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 501)
Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Modular
Dwelling and Mobile Structure Safety Act.
