AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act
is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(415 ILCS 150/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act.
