Bill Title: Appropriates $30,000,000 from the State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund to the Department of Public Health to be used in furtherance of the purposes stated in specified provisions of the federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and any associated federal guidance for the ordinary and contingent expenses of Illinois' certified local health departments. Effective July 1, 2022.
