AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Fire Investigation Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(425 ILCS 25/0.01) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 5.9)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Fire Investigation Act.
