AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Comptroller's Records Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(15 ILCS 415/0.01) (from Ch. 15, par. 24.9)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Comptroller's Records Act.
