AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Roofing Industry Licensing Act is
amended by changing Section 12 as follows:
(225 ILCS 335/12) (from Ch. 111, par. 7512)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2016)
Sec. 12. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as
the "Illinois Roofing Industry Licensing Act".
