AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
changing Section 1106 as follows:
(35 ILCS 5/1106) (from Ch. 120, par. 11-1106)
Sec. 1106. Nonliability for Costs. The The Department shall
not be required to furnish any bond nor to make a deposit for
or pay any costs or fees of any court or officer thereof in any
legal proceedings pursuant to the provisions of this Act.
