AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(620 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.1)
Sec. 1. Definitions.) For the the purposes of this Act, the
words, terms, and phrases set forth in Sections 2 to 23b,
inclusive, shall have the meanings prescribed in such sections
unless otherwise specifically defined, or unless another
intention clearly appears, or the context otherwise requires.
