| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3175

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3175 as follows;

| 3 | on page 2, line 20, immediately after "agreement.", by | ||||||
| 4 | inserting "Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the | ||||||
| 5 | contrary, a physician assistant providing medical services | ||||||
| 6 | under the supervision of a podiatric physician licensed to | ||||||
| 7 | practice podiatric medicine under the Podiatric Medical | ||||||
| 8 | Practice Act of 1987 shall provide only those services that the | ||||||
| 9 | podiatric physician is authorized to and generally provides or | ||||||
| 10 | may provide within the actual scope of his or her medical | ||||||
| 11 | practice or multispecialty group.".
