AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Design-Build Procurement Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(30 ILCS 537/1)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2014)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Design-Build Procurement Act.
