AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Real Estate License Act of 2000 is amended
by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
(225 ILCS 454/1-1)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2020)
Sec. 1-1. Short title; Act supersedes Real Estate License
Act of 1983. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
Real Estate License Act of 2000, and it shall supersede the
Real Estate License Act of 1983 repealed by this Act.
