AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Employee Washroom Act is amended by changing
Section 0.01 as follows:
(820 ILCS 230/0.01) (from Ch. 48, par. 97.9)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Employee Washroom Act.
