AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Soil and Water Conservation Districts Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(70 ILCS 405/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 106)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the "Soil and Water Conservation Districts Act".
