AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Nurse Agency Licensing Act is amended by
changing Section 2 as follows:
(225 ILCS 510/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 952)
Sec. 2. The The General Assembly intends to protect the
public's right to high quality health care by assuring that
nurse agencies employ, assign and refer licensed and certified
personnel to health care facilities.
